Applies to accounts used on joyup.vn and all games and apps signing in withJoyUp.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from your account email, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
  2. We will reply to verify account ownership before deletion.
  3. Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation. We will email you when complete.

Data that will be deleted

  • Tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, mật khẩu đã mã hoá.
  • Tiến trình chơi và bản lưu trên máy chủ của mọi game.
  • Điểm trên bảng xếp hạng, dữ liệu trong game (tiệm, quà, thử thách…).
  • Bình luận, đánh giá, danh sách game yêu thích.
  • Thiết bị đăng nhập và đăng ký nhận thông báo.

Deletion cannot be undone. Registering again with the same email creates a new account without your old progress. System logs without personal information and legally required records may be retained for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
